Here is a clear case of the "Not My Job" problem.  Let me begin by saying that I've always been a "brake for animals" person and I encourage you to be one as well.  People everywhere, however, know that occasionally bad things happen.

The fate of the unfortunate critter is not the point, however.  Life is almost always stranger than fiction and this is where the "Not My Job" problem comes alive.
