The situation in Russia is still a little strained as far as timing goes. A fellow recently bought a new Russian-made automobile. He was told it would take 7 years before the car would be completed and he could pick it up. My friend said to the salesman,
"So I can pick up the car on October 24, 2008. Will it be ready in the morning or the afternoon?"
The salesman was surprised and replied,
"What difference does it make?"
"Well, the plumber is coming that day."
