Khrushchev is said to have told this story about himself:
It seems that a wild man once broke into the Kremlin and ran through the halls shouting "Khrushchev is a fool;" "Khrushchev is a fool!"
Of course, he was quickly captured, put on trial, and convicted. His sentence: 22 years:
Two years for disturbing the peace; and 20 years for revealing state secret.
