Owing to his frequently turbulent relationship with Ma, Pa recently decided that some consideration on his part in honor of Valentine's Day was in order. Passing a florist shop he takes his decision and enters. A large sign in the window proclaims:
"Say It With Flowers."
"Wrap up one rose," Pa tells the florist.
"Only one?" the florist asked.
"Just one," Pa replies. "I'm a man of few words."
