At last the man and woman had determined that their long-standing union must come to an end. After numerous attempts at reconciliation enough was enough and they accordingly presented themselves before a lawyer.
The lawyer asked the husband,
"What has brought you to this point, where you are not able to keep this marriage together?"
The husband replied,
"In forty years of marriage we've not been able to agree on one thing."
"Forty one," the wife responded.
