Two aged fellows were sunning themselves in the park.
"I tell you," one began, "it's a miracle the way modern science has changed everything. Take our grandfathers, or our great-grandfathers, for instance. How do you suppose they ever lived without television? What about radio, telephones, computers, and the other modern conveniences?"
"That's just the point," replied his companion, nodding wisely.
